Annabanana - I have definately tried Missing Link. I actually switched her to that once I switched her food so I could have everything balanced out. That didn't work either.
Yorkiekids - Thanks, i'll try that next! It's pretty frustrating when nothing seems to be working. I'm willing to do as much as I can to make her coat look alot better than it does now.
