Can you find someone else to watch him, or maybe you can board him with a vet, or a daycare where they can give him more attention and he can play with him more and he can play with other (small) dogs like him. I understand your worry I had to leave for few days and leave my Phoebe with my hubby he is very good with her but I still worry sick, when I came back she was safe and very happy to see me, don't worry he will be fine, and very happy to see you just make sure that you leave a list of stuff that you wanted them to do with him, and a shirt with your smell so he can feel love and safe, I wish I can help you more
