You never know what someone is going through in their life. We all have occurrences that we don't share openly.

Reading a few words in a poem such as what is written here can help bring hope back into the heart of someone who might not be feeling hopeful. It may be thankfulness into the heart of someone that only sees the dark side of life.

I think this is called looking favorably on those things that are positive in your life and giving yourself the benefit of doubt.
