He's 5 pounds and can carry a 6" bowl around???? AND flip it over?? Are you kidding me? Otis would be terrified if his bowl flipped over. Sometimes I think I have a pet chicken instead of a dog.
I read an article that said if your pup uses his paws a lot, you've got a smart dog.
