This woman just sounds like she lacks proper communication skills. Consider the source and shrug it off. We all know our babies are wonderful, even if some people have negative things to say about them. I've heard everything from "rat" to "yappy" and everything in between. I just chalk it up to ignorance, just as I may be ignorant about other breeds myself.
