Well, we recently moved from an apartment to a townhouse w/ our 5 mo old Meka. She did pretty good. It was interesting to see her reaction to our old place when it was completely empty w/ no furniture. She ran around the house frantic, looking for familiar smells - it was almost like she was worried !?! Never the less, after two weeks in the new place - she is finally comfortable. Even running up and down our new stairs (two story). I keep her in her "area" downstairs, with bed, a pee pad and water. The pee pads are slowly working for us. There's a spray that you can use to mark the spot where you want them to go (i.e. pee pad, outside)... That helps... Be persistant! Hope this helps
