Ooooo, scary. I know exactly how you feel. Take her out of her crate and try to watch her walk on some carpet. She could be just scared/stunned. Also, give some karo syrup if she seems shaky.
If you think she really hit her head bad, keep a very close eye on her or take her to the vet asap.
