The Hice Harness Hospital has a Jane Doe patient and I need some help. This terminally ill harness arrived today in a plain brown envelope with no return address and the "from" zip code blocked out.

There is a reward of one matching silk collar for the first person who can help me find the owner. This harness is in serious shape and I need consent to "treat it". .
