Has she ever had her baby bile acid tested?? This is not standard with regular bloodwork, you have to ask for this test specifically. It would indicate if the baby is having liver problems....Many times yorkies have seizures due to liver problems like liver shunt/mvd/hmd...
Does he ever press his head against the wall or furniture after meals?
I'm sorry that your sister's yorkie is having problems. The bloodwork may indicate where the problem is....
