hey Dawn, I did not know you are into entertaining . . .that is me too I love, love, love it when someone comes to visit I go all out and cook . . my 2 guests right now are definitely getting the "bulge" they say with too much good food. . . my SIL is taking notes on everything I make Tonight is their last night so I will be making caprese ensalata with reduced balsamic and roast of lamb with tsatsiki sauce and balsamic gravy and a side or roasted eggplant and haricot verts with tons of garlic - we are going mediteranean tonight
