It could be a myriad of things. Does his food have corn in it? A lot of Yorkies are allergic to corn. He could also have an infection. Cover his paws with baby socks (thanks Janell for that idea
) and bring him to the vet. They might run tests and/or give him antibiotics. Good luck!
