I'm so sorry that these things have happened to you. Of course you have a right, and a responsibility to other potential buyers to post these problems.
I feel, however, that a paragraph or two in the Breeder's Review Forum would have been far more appropriate. If anyone is looking for a breeder on YT, then that is where they should go to get information about that breeder. Nobody should be afraid of posting any problems with breeders there. This topic isn't suited for a General Discussion Forum, 12 pages, and approximately 180 responses, with nothing accomplished to get you your AKC papers.
Michiko, as a buyer, I would simply have either contacted the AKC with a complaint or taken the breeder to court. You either would have gotten your papers, money back, or whatever the courts or the AKC deemed necessary. That also should have been noted in the Breeder's Review Forum.
While I feel deeply for all three of you, we do not know, and probably never will know the other side of the story. It really isn't our business anyway. The only people who need to know that, other than these three, are potential buyers. If this had been posted in the Breeder's Review Forum, anyone could have pmed Mchiko, Timmy or Kalina for the facts.
I feel that the only thing that has been accomplished here is that Sylvan's Yorkies' reputation has been ruined, on this site at least. There is no damage control that can remove that because the seed has already been planted. It certainly hasn't, and probably won't get you your AKC papers Michiko.
I hope that Admin closes this thread, or moves it to a more appropriate Forum, since whatever needed to be said has already been said, and it is going nowhere. |
