I don't know both sides of the story and there usually always is. Life happens sometimes and hopefully nothing bad has happened. Michiko I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. I know how expensive yorkies are, especially Sylvan Yorkies, so I definitely feel that you deserve to get what you paid for and what was in the contract. If she never registered a litter I believe she owes you a substantial partial refund, because Haruka should have been sold as pet quality with no papers if that's the case. I just hope this is a big misunderstanding
