My baby has had the bordatella twice at this point and we havent had any problems, plus my parents dogs have always had it pretty regularly and they havent had a problem with kennel cough. Our family vet said that its not as contagious as most people try to make it seem and that the whole time he has been a vet he has only seen like 5 or 6 cases. (Let me make note that he is an old vet that still does some things the old fashioned way to save you money instead of doing everything all high tech with huge machines and charging you an arm and a leg and he only does necessary stuff...he wont charge you for unnecessary things like some vets will...like $150 to groom your dog because you have to put a nonrefundable deposit down in case they have to use gas to kinda knock em out to make it easier to trim them.) Goodluck with everything and if I were you I would just go for it. I honestly dont think you have anything to worry about!
