I understand! we have used slickers on all our other dogs and they work great. The baby brush does nothing for tangles- it just gives a smoother appearance to the top layer of hair, but the comb does a good job of getting tangles out of his hair. It's a small comb though and wouldn't even think of using it on a full grown yorkie

I used a GOODY comb on Cody first, haven't tried the brush on him. I'd like to use the comb when he gets a little bigger, but it's too long and gets in the way when I'm trying to comb him now. I haven't decided what kind of brush I'm going to use on his adult coat, but I have some time to decide that.... the GOODY brush sounds like a 'goody' idea though
