I start taking a temp a week before the due date and they will drop and spike back up a few times but each time can be different (gestation and whelping).My girl usually goes to 99 or below and we only had a 99.6 temp drop this time. I knew she was in labor for her actions but was a little confused with her temp,I could of missed the lowest temp drop also as I only take it 2 times a day,and she could of been on the rise when I got the 99,6 reading. SOunds like it could be time, keep a good eye on her. |
