Take the small terry cloth bands for little girls hair and give him 4 pony tails, 2 on each side of his body. That will keep the hair off of the grass when he's outside and keep him from peeing on it. You can try this for the topknot too. If you see him messing with it tell him "no" and give him something to distract him. It's usually just a case of him getting used to it. If you would rather wrap him, I remove the wraps every other day and brush the hair out. I than reoil if needed and rewrap. Plastic wraps work well on males and can be reused. My 20 year old daughter complains that my yorkies are my babies when she should be. Oh well, she's so busy I do spend more time with them and I always know where they are. It's funny how things change as we get older. Tami
