I don't have any for sale, but the ones you mentioned are good. There is also "Little Dogs: Training your pint sized companion" by Deborah Wood.

Also there is a lot of great free training tips on the internet with step by step instructions for lots of behaviors from the simplest to the more complex. I love clicker training and there is a great magazine on that subject as well as an article in the current issue of Yorkshre Terrier Magazine.
