I'm totally supportive of small businesses. I would much rather buy from someone who has excellent customer service, than from some big company that's not going to put any thought into it. And even though I've never ordered from you, I've heard such great reviews from YT members that I've actually recommended your website! Cheer up, I know sometimes life can hit you hard, but keep your chin up.
