I limited my cigs down to so many a day and made my hubby take the rest with him. In just a short time I was completely done , but still with a strong desire that I just did not give in to.
My hubby quit by using the Quest cigs. It is 3 steps... I took the first step cigs by Quest and smoked them until they started feeling satisfying. Then he went to the second pack (Second Level) and smoked them until they started being satisfying. He then started smoking the last level (this level contains 0% nicotine ) this level you are basically wheening yourself from the habit of smoking ... you know.. lighting up... bringing your hand to the mouth... it is also a habit of action as well as the nicotine
