hey Deb...just got caught up and I do think if you can maybe talk to the vet about something better for his pain. My heart is breaking for him and that really looks RAW ....as many stitches as I've had my own self - I've never seen any that look like that...they're usually nice and tight. Unless there's a good reason for them to stitch like that I'd be watching it very very closely.....
Bless his heart - he's been thru so much and I'll be hoping he does heal with no complications. I'm really REALLY glad he's eating - that's wonderful news and good luck - keep us posted and kisses to both your little guys ...I know Minnie must be scared seeing her brother in hurting
