Wow, this sounds familiar. Gracie is 100% trained to her pee pads, BUT whenver we are away and our kids watch her (they come to the house and stay) she has accidents which the kids say are deliberate. I think they are, too--I think she's just upset with us for leaving her. Most of the time we take her with us but sometimes we just can't. She realizes she's not supposed to do it--when the kids or I notice it (when we get home) she immediately puts her ears back and tail down and goes under the bed...haha...what a stinker!
