Many will use a baby onesie on them to prevent Willow from getting at her spay stitches. With regard to the spaying, just keep her calm during the week - which is sounds already like you've done. Not too much activity, no jumping (which she probably can't do with her cast anyway). Check the spay incision for redness, swelling and smell signaling infection. Other than that, she should be fine.

I have no experience with casts and leg surgeries, but perhaps give the vet a call about her not pooping and see what they have to say.
