If your dog is housetrained, but is peeing in the house, there's a behavior issue or medical issue there. You can try re-housetraining to get him back in the swing of things or take him to the vet to make sure he doesn't have something going on.

thanks for your reply. I have to agree with you.. I think he needs to be fixed. I don't think it's much of a peeing problem as it is his instinct (not to piss but to arm himself with it). His last owner told me he likes to mark his territority-AT TIMES- around the house so it's rather obvious.
I had a feeling someone might bring up the medical issue, and I have to concede. I hardly doubt he has any health issues, but I'm going to schedule him to the vet anyway.
