I've very sorry to hear of your puppy, blykmyk44... I am also in Seattle, that's just a very tough decision to make if your puppy isn't getting any better. As others have said, the only thing may be to try to get another vet to go to where your puppy is now and get a 2nd opinion that way, if the emergency place would allow it.
