But, my acquaintance consulted an attorney and was instructed to send a notarize, registered letter to the shop. The shop wanted her to bring the baby back to their vet on their payroll. BUT, most likely they would have elected NOT to treat but euthanize. The letter they wrote said that unless the shop agreed to pay the bills, their attorney would go public..and they were prepared to do that.. |
