I'm not thrilled with the Hill's U/D either. I'm not sure if he gained weight from the food or the neutering, or a combination of both. I'd love to go back to Life's Abundance or Merrick, but all that high protein food is what might have done his bladder in! So, I'm stuck for now, unless I give him medication for the rest of his life so he can eat his old diet again. I have to watch his coat as it had gotten very very dry and it's improved since adding the Missing Link. It's a wait and see.
