Could be a mild case of MVD or maybe an internal liver shunt like Patti indicated. Sugar's mom also makes a good point that if your baby is on a high protein diet that could be causing the higher numbers...Good luck with your appt with the specialist. If your vet truly suspects something with the liver, I would go ahead and go to the appt with the specialist. It's better to be safe than sorry. We'll be praying for your baby.
