 so sorry to hear of your loss
I could not even imagine how you and your friend are feeling about this. From experience w/ newborn puppies and doing some reading...some mothers will know that there was something wrong with the puupy or she could have mistaken for the umbilical cord. How terrible...did she have any other puppies yet ?
