"tjdmom" of simplyspoiledpups.com I had ordered a bunch of items from tjdmom for a second time since she's officially opened up shop, taking advantage of her buy-one-get-one half off sale again (25% sale ). Some of it came in the mail today. I love the Monkey Daze biker jackets with the zipper front (except that instead of smelling like faux leather, it smelled of paint ). They're a great deal for what it is. I think it was clearing out at $15 each (then there's the discount!) so I just had to buy two of them making them average out to less. The other two Biker Jackets by Doggie Design "Mia Michele Couture" are cute! Both in pink and in black with the 2 velcro straps--one across the neck and the other across the rib. This makes it super easy to put on but makes me worry that as a harness jacket, it might cause choking/coughing as the neck strap rests on her trachea. I will be putting it to the test (gently and cautiously, of course) as my girl's a big time puller on the leash when she spots anything of interest. But since this isn't on the product review section, I'll stop there and just show off the merchandise I just got with my girl as the model.

For the curious, my girl's currently about 6.3 lbs. She's 11"x11" in length and height at base of neck to rump and back to floor. 13" girth at the thickest midsection. All four of these outfits are sized at SMALL. She also fits MD snowsuits at size Medium but it's a little loose on her but I would think SMALL would have been too small for that, but for the ones pictured above, it seems to be right. I would guess that XS would be too short if not too snug too. This will leave room for more hair come winter and perhaps an undershirt. By the way, for Canadian buyers, she's great for shipping rates. Last edited by Miao; 05-25-2009 at 07:39 PM.

Oriental outfits! The other stuff came in the mail today! Took a week from posted date for delivery this time! The previous portion of the order came in 10 days. The first time I had ever ordered from tjdmom, it took a full 2 weeks! I wonder if this is going to be a pattern... our mail services (USPS and Canada Post) are getting quicker! The following outfits have 3 buttons down the front and rides kind of high because my girl's pretty long and I ordered them in SMALL. Well, LUCKILY my girl's a skinny girl and her thickest ribs measure 13" so it worked out!

This blue one is my favourite. It's the silkier feeling one of the bunch. Probably due to its simplicity and fewer threaded patterns. However, straight down the back/sides you can sort of see a tinge of gold. Either the blue's bleeding or the gold thread is shining through but it's to be expected. And then there's the gold one with a colourful pattern design. 2009-05-27-Pichu's.Oriental.Outfits-Gold.S1.JPG And I like this catchy green with yellow trim better than the gold, actually. 2009-05-27-Pichu's.Oriental.Outfits-Green.Yellow.trim.S1.JPG

She looks so regal in this violet sized Medium. I had also purchased a duplicate in SMALL (just in case as I didn't know how it'd fit) and there is NO WAY she can fit it. After putting her front legs through, you can't even pull it back to reach the back legs to insert those in. The back legs though don't ride very low and it's quite loose so you get a slight "baggy" look when she's positioned a certain way. The outfit actually looks much better in person and on her. It's almost like having a very classy set of robes on... I can almost see her smoking a cigar or pipe with it on. (We're a non-smoking household, I promise).

Okay, I admit it, I'm posting these pictures because I just can't stop admiring my little girl. LOL. So this thread is all for me and gives me an excuse to take more pictures of her. This green outfit that's designed with the leg inserts like the violet one, it seems to fit LOOSER as a MEDIUM than the violet's M. I had also purchased this in a small and it doesn't fit either--needed another inch or more to reach the legs. These also sport 3 push buttons down the front and ends with the ribs. Okay, admittedly, I am confusing the seller review section with the product review, but I just want to post in one of them, so this might as well be it. I really loved the prices of these with the discount! Thanks again, tjdmom <www.simplyspoiledpups.com>!

Cute stuff! I'll have to go look at her website. Our kids ride on the motorcycle with us and I've been looking for biker coats for them. Love the Pink one!!
