Thumbs down annamalyssa has stolen my money

Over a month ago I sent Adrianna a 'money order' to purchase an item from her which she told me she was holding for me. After confrimation that my money was received and that she would send my purchase out and email
the tracking number in 2days I waited for 2 weeks. Nothing was delivered...I PM'd her 2 times over a period of a week ...she did not respond. I then asked her publicly if she was around. She then sent me an insulting PM that she would refund my money..I said OK....(no argument...it was her choice to refund the money rather than send the item). It is now a month later and various promises from her to refund my money and send a tracking number and delivery reciept and I have still not recieved anything except for more insults and and lies trying to make me look like I am the one making this a problem.

I have never heard of a vendor bieng in the right when they take someones money and do not send the item that was agreed on or a refund if the seller can not produce.

Buyer beware!!! I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I hope you are able to get this resolved in a positive manner. Based on her other feedback, I'm sure Annamalyssa will either refund your money promptly or get you what you ordered.

Hoping for a positive outcome, for both parties, in this situation.

Oh my goodness, I am just so shocked to read this! I ordered a dress from Adrianna not long ago at all (it wasn't long before Tatum had her LP surgery) and I too sent her a money order but got my dress RIGHT AWAY! In fact, she shipped it incredibly quickly and I had it in the blink of an eye!

This is just so confusing as it doesn't sound at all like something that Adrianna would do I hope she is able to come to this thread and clear things up and explain herself. Maybe there is just some type of miscommunication somewhere Not saying I don't believe you, but I just hope that everything with this situation can be resolved quickly and easily on both parts

I have ordered countless times from her and I never had a problem. Some of the items take longer due to the suppliers. I don't think this post is necessary. It is most likely a miscommunication. Adrianna is very reliable.

I am also waiting on an order from about 3-4 weeks ago, an item that apparently was damaged when she received it from the vendor. All my other orders went very smoothly so I am going to assume that she has not received the replacement item yet. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt

Hi everyone Tina has given me a deadline of April 27th in her own writing to recieve her refund and she will get it without a problem. I had explained to Tina that the Hoodie I originally held for her was SOLD because she hadn't sent payment right away. She did send payment a little before I moved. I re-ordered the item and it was shipped to my old address.

Needless to say, She couldn't understand it was NOT my fault and got very angry so I told Her I would refund her $20. WHICH I WILL DO WITHOUT A PROBLEM.

I am a reputable seller and do not appreciate this at all but I cannot control others actions in any way, shape or form.

Stacy - I am still waiting on MD to get that Skull jumper back in Stock as it was out when I went to re-order the Small .. I think they have Medium but not Small at this time. Another user MIMIMOMO is also waiting on one you can ask her if you'd like. If you go to their site and login and attempt to order the Skull jumper it will tell you it is not in stock to contact the admin or something like that. I can send you a cash refund tomorrow if you no longer want to wait. I have sold to you numerous times Stacy I am sure you know I am not trying to do anything wrong to you. Tina's posts just make people uneasy which I do understand. PM Stacy and we can figure out what to do here.. either another item or a refund is fine either way I am sure we can work it out.

I can assure everyone that Tina is just not willing to understand. Here is a copy of her PM allowing me until April 27th. for the record.

When her Refund is mailed I will report tracking info on this thread for all to see... I hope then that this thread will be closed. I really hate that I even have to come on a Public Forum and explain this as it is unnecessary and to me very inappropriate.

I figured it was a problem on MD's end since you have always been so prompt. I will wait a few more weeks, just let me know what the status is or if MD says they are discontinuing it I will pick something else out. Thanks!

Thank you so much Stacey and No problem I will give you an update mid week if they haven't gotten it in. I am also waiting on one for Gucci he never got one because I thought I could order more .

I am a TAX PAYER like everyone else and file as a BUSINESS.. I never said I didn't keep records of my sales.. I just don't keep address information on hand. I work in EXCEL and QUICKBOOKS and have a Sellers Permit and My Website is in the process of being built, but those things take time. My Suppliers know about my site being in the works and they know most of my items are sold in a boutique locally and trade shows and other things like the K-9 relay for life I have a booth saved for.

I am sorry, but can you please explain what I've done wrong for you to attack me? I have always been polite to you when in threads and I am just not understanding at all. My business is my livelyhood and I would NEVER talk down on someone as you have me without knowing me, my family or my character. I am very saddened that you would do such a thing without knowing or ever working with me

I have dealt with Adrianna (Annamalyssa) on a personal and business manner. She has been nothing but honest, quick and efficient. I recently placed what I think to be a rather large order (nearly $300), and she has been prompt in responding to all questions, friendly and "johnny on the spot". The SAME DAY she rec'vd my money order, my order had been placed and I was provided with an estimated arrival date!

I have utmost faith and would vouch for Adrianna's customer service and character to anyone on YT, or in any other setting.
