| We Got A Box! Thank You Roxy and Kelly (Scrappymomma) What a great way to spend the morning...sleeping in until almost l0:30 a.m. The girls and I had just gotten up and they had gone outside to potty. We came in still dressed in our gowns and the doorbell rang. It was the postman with a big box. Alyssa and Emmy could hardly wait to see who the box was for. We read the label and determined that it was from Oregon and it was for Alyssa. Both girls were excited. We quickly got out of our gowns and got dressed. Alyssa could hardly wait to see what Roxy had sent her. You have to know Alyssa to understand her behavior. She knew that was her box and that everything was hers. She wanted to open it herself but she couldn't. She had to have mommy to help her. She did not want me to touch anything...including the tissue paper. She would just stand guard on the box. I kept trying to pull out different things and she would grab it. When I pulled out the Chicken Tops Treats she acted like she had never had a treat before. She grabbed the package and went to the stairs where she opened it and growled and barked at anyone who came near. Those treats were hers and she was having them all. Three were not enough for her to share. Finally I got one away and gave it to Emmy. She ran in her crate with it where she was safe. Alyssa continued to eat the treats. She was more interested in those treats than unpacking the box at that point. So we just let her enjoy her two treats and then we continued to unpack the box.

| OMG...I have never seen a box filled with so many goodies and such good stuff. There were so much stuff that the girls did not know where to begin. Roxy and Kelly sure know how to shop. This is what we found in the box: *A beautiful ladybug and butterfly blanket; (So soft and so cuddly.) *Thermo Mat (This will be great for those cold Georgia nights. They are predicting snowflakes for later this week.) *Freeze Dried Ice Cream (I have wanted to try this for over a year.) *A pink and a purple loofa dog (Alyssa got the purple one and Emmy the pink.) *A red and white floral harness and leash (Cute! Very cute!) *A box of Valentine Hershey's Kisses for me. (Yes, I love chocolate... Doesn't everyone????) *A busy buddy treat ball. (Can't wait to try this one.) *A precious little yellow talking duck plush toy. (Alyssa loves ducks and frogs. They are her favorites.) *Snack 'n Roll Treat Dispensing Football (So cute and so inviting. Alyssa has about 6 different footballs but none that dispenses treats. She is excited about this one.) *A small bottle of Milk Sheen Pet Shampoo. I have read so much about it on YT. Glad to finally get to try it. *Pink and brown chewy bone toy *Purina Carvers for Dogs *A beautiful Yorkshire Terriers Calendar for 2008 with beautiful yorkies. *Tug of War Valentinen Heart and Ring (My girls love to play Tug of War so I can already tell that this toy will be well loved and appreciated. *Peanut Drops by Good Boy

| Hold On Folks...That is not all... Hold on folks...That is not all. That box from Roxy and Kelly was packed to the gills. We also received some more nice stuff: *Doozie Wild Ring Fling (Teacup Sheep) *Small red and green tennis ball and a yellow ball by Air Dog. (We love balls and never seem to have enough.) *Kissy Lips with Sound Chip (Alyssa loves toys that talk. These lips make a kissing sound just like the sound I make when I kiss the girls. Alyssa grabbed this toy and took it away. She WAS NOT going to share with little sister.) *Natural Dog Treats (from a local doggy boutique in Oregon) and the cutest little treat jar. Will put that jar to use for sure. I love it as it is so Spring looking. *Mini Love Buddy *Sweet, thoughtful letter from Kelly and Roxy. Thank you so much for being such a great buddy. *Last but not least...Alyssa's very very favorite item...The Chicken Tops Treats. (Alyssa thought she had died and gone to heaven when she stole the whole package and would not share.) Mommy is the Alpha of this pack so she shared one with Emmy and she got two. I will need to find out where to order more of those for sure. Both girls love them.

| Can you believe so much in one box? Also, I would not want to fail to mention that we received a Valentine Card on Feb. l4th from Roxy and Kelly. I almost flipped out as I had just the day before sent a package to have it deposited in the mailbox in Houston, Texas so my buddy would not know. I think my package arrived there without a postmark being added. The package we received had the same address as the place I had just sent an envelope. That is eye awakening for sure. In our Valentine package we had a Valentine card (the same kind of card that we had sent to Roxy the day before) and two bully sticks. The girls loved them. Kelly and Roxy I think it is so neat to get to buy for each other. I hope you get your box very soon. Wish we could have sent it PM but it was going to be almost $34 for just the postage. What is it they say..."Good things come to those who wait?" Maybe iit will be well worth your wait. We hope so and we hope you don't have to wait long. Until then we'll continue to track it. We sincerely hope you like some of the things we chose for yjou. We LOVE everything you sent to us.

| So that is our story and we are sticking to it!!!!!!!!!! We love, love, everything that Kelly and Roxy sent to us. From the bottom of our hearts...a very sincere "thank you." You were the best SB we could ever have. Alyssa would like for Roxy to be her "forever buddy". Would Roxy like to be her special "forever buddy"? Alyssa says she knows no one else who lives all the way in Oregon. You all are our only friends there. Again, words cannot express our feelings tonight. It is so thoughtful and kind of you to spoil us so well. You did a great job. Oh, I did take pictures. They are still in the camera. I will download them and then post some for everyone. Thanks again for everything. I can't wait until I hear that you have received our box from Alyssa.

| Belinda I am so happy you finally got the box and the girls liked it. Did you know it was us already? I think I messed up sending that V day card with our address I didnt even think about it until after I did it. We must really think alike, both sending out the same card at the same time! Your description of your day today is so great, it makes us feel like we were right there with you I am very happy that we were able to make you and the girls happy girls today.... I tried to get stuff without corn and without any wheat. I have learned that wheat is in almost everything out there for dogs. We had alot of fun this GE and met a couple of new friends along the way. Thank you for being our new friends!! |
