| 3 inch chest???? I would suggest going to Target or WalMart, they have T shirts for under 5 dollars. Get one that fits your dog and make a pattern from it. To add a skirt, take a rectangle of fabric, about 1/2 the length of your dog, gather it at the top and attach it to the bodice and you have a dress. Or JoAnn's has sales where you can get patterns for a dollar... keep an eye out for those (where I got most of mine, and on Ebay.) Also look though some of the threads in this fashion forum, there are some 'How to's' with pics to give you a better idea, and one thread has a list of patterns in it.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I agree with kjc, you can sometimes find baby things at the dollar store and adapt them to fit your pup as well. Here's a little video on how to make a sweater out of a sock. You can also use leg warmers. How to make a dog sweater out of a sock - YouTube

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That's pretty typical for a Yorkie. I have bought baby clothes from the dollar store and custom fitted the clothes to my dogs. I've even bought doll clothes for Halloween costumes. The dollar store even has some dog clothes, and my guess is your dog wears a small or extra small depending on the brand.
