| won't keep bow in Chanel is 3 months old and i cannot for the life of me get her to keep her bow in. she either shakes until it comes out or rolls around/swats it until it's out. i tried putting a pony tail in via those little rubber bands and that worked however, when i took it out it pulled some of her hair out any tips/tricks?! |

| Minnie is 4 months and will keep hers in for quite a while but the second she had just enough hair for a pony I've been putting them. She doesn't wear them every day or even all day but I do try to put them in often. At first she use to fight me on the rubber bands but now she is good. And if she shakes or scratches at it I get on to her and she leaves it alone. Also I got the little rubber bands that aren't as rubbery I guess is the best way to explain it and they don't seem to pull her hair out as much. |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I am having the same problem. I can not even get him to stay still enough to get one in most of the time. Forget about putting the hair bands in. I can't figure how to do it with a squirmy pup. I am going to be watching to see if anyone has any recommendations.

Minnie gets super squirmy too but we have several routines through out the day like most mornings and every night she gets brushed. So in the mornings when I brush her she calms down a little and that's when I put a bow in her hair. I usually have to brush her whole body first though | |

| Patience is a virtue and with time, they will learn and leave them alone. I use the little bands on Izzy and sometimes it will pull a bit of her hair out. Just be careful taking them out. Hope that helps.

She knows when I grab her harness that she's getting a bow put in too and sit's nicely for it. Now, she's associated getting her bow with going out somewhere, so she gets excited about wearing a bow.

| I am a bow pro mom with my yorkie. Yes, you need the rubber band first, then the clips or bows with snaps. I make sure they slide into the rubber band so that they don't fall off when she shakes her head. As for the rubber band issue, my little gal never goes without a rubber band or her hair would be in her eyes so its important its not on tight. I take the hair I want for the ponytail, gather it up, tie it with a medium rubber band about three times holding it and keeping the band above the scalp a bit so its kind of loose. The key is to not have it so close to the scalp. This will bother them plus their hair may start to fall out from being so tight all the time. I then have room to place a bow clip or barrette. Hope that helps. |

| I sell mini scrunchies in various colors. Tessa uses them at home and it does not tug on her hair. She has a fine, thin topknot. |
