Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | Today's Project Hey guys! Anyone get crafty this weekend? If so, please do share! I'd love to see. It's not dog related, but here is what I worked on today. This pattern is called the Schoolhouse Tunic. Here's the pattern: Sew Liberated - Schoolhouse Tunic Sewing Pattern Mom & I bought the pattern and fabric at a little upscale fabric boutique. The pattern was a little higher than we usually like, but we wanted to give it a try. I must say, it was well worth the investment. This pattern was super easy and the directions very easy to understand. We are already looking at another pattern to buy in the future. The little boutique is in downtown Tuscumbia AL and is called Thread. I just adore going in there. All the beautiful fabric and inspiration could make anyone want to create! If you're ever near the area, I highly recommend it. The fabric is higher than the big box stores but they carry the name brand fabric you can't find at places like hobby lobby or Joann. I hope this pic will upload. First time uploading from the iPad. Mom will wear this with a off white cami underneath and some leggings or jeans. Oh, and the pattern shows how to shorten if you wanted a shorter top.

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | Oh and this is my very first project with box pleats. It has 2 in the front and 1 in the center back. I want to box pleat a dog dress now. Lol

| Yep. I was busy too. Finishing up a sweater for Princess Sophie and created a Toronto Maple Leafs sweater for Wallee even putting in the opening fir his harness/vest. Both will be completed tomorrow some time so I will post pics before getting to the post office with Sophies sweater and Katie Scarlett's set. |

| Nice! I crafted some this weekend but nothing really new to show and I also bought more yarn because I'm hopeless. I will be ordering a dress pattern this week and hopefully the ladies will help me get started over the weekend. I don't know why but I'm excited and nervous at the same time at thought of sewing! So weird. |

| I like this a lot. Great fabric combination. I worked on an Easter dress for the Pet Expo, will try and post pics later. So, Aymee, why no clothes for you? I like to make myself pajama bottoms and I'd really like to make a huge tote bag to lug my stuff in when I start at the local market days. |
