| Daisy Spring Dress I'm so excited...I have been trying to find a pattern to make Zhoie a dress with a bodice instead of strap around her neck. This is the sprind dress pattern from Miss Daisy, only I dare say I had to improvise and make it much more simple I made it this morning with a piece of scrap daisy material I had, thus the white skirt.

| That's exactly what I do. I don't like those velcro straps that go around the neck either! Very good!!!

| I love it Tena!! That will be so much better on Zhoie's precious neck. It is very springy and pretty. I love the fabric too!!

| I love it! I think the white skirt looks great with the daisy print. I have this pattern also but haven't tried it. Is it difficult?? |

| Thanks! I really love the bodice across the chest. I want to use this style and make her up some in fleece, corduroy and flannel ones for winter with plastic snap closure. I will post a picture of her in it a little later on, but we are in the middle of mess right now. I'm doing her shave down and OMgosh, we are on the 4th cool down of clippers and break for Zhoie I hadn't cut her coat since her surgery in Dec and each time, the little table was been of hair. I'm not going to let her grow out this much again.

| Well...it was for me...I need pictures, LOL. Just reading it and trying to follow, not being a sewer and understanding the terms, was rough for me. That's why I improvised and made it to my skill level, LOL. Even at that, it is exactly what I have been looking for to make her everyday comfort dresses. I think next time, I will round the edges of the skirt though.

| This is the same exact bodice I have been attempting to make, with no luck I may add. It came out very nicely Tena. It looks great. Is the bodice just one solid piece across?

I think plastic snaps would be great for everyday comfort for this winter. I've never put on a snap either, but going to give it a try. Now, I have to find out where to get plastic snaps and what tool is required, LOL.
