| Help YT Fashion Folks!!! Sadie and Beemer are going to be presented at this year's "Dog Ball" in my hometown. It's a fund raiser for the local Humane Society. Each year they feature 50 local dogs as well as several of the local shelter dogs. I will present them and we will walk a runway. I'm trying to figure out what to have them wear. It's February 10th so I've thought about a Valentine's theme. I want something formal but I also want something that I can coordinate with Beemer and of course my dress! I figure I can put Beemer in a tux and have a bow tie that will match Sadie's dress. Does anyone know of a good place to buy a formal dress that will look high end but not cost more than about $100 MAX? I have the dress in this picture from last year's YorkieTalk Valentines ball. It was a really pricy dress that I got on sale for $39.00 but I can't remember the name of the website where I got it. I just have no idea what I would wear that would look right with it. I'm open to any and all suggestions!!! The theme of the ball is "Dancing with the Paws"

| Are you looking for a dress for yourself or for Sadie?

| I'm looking for one for Sadie - hopefully one where I'll be able to find a dress for myself that won't clash with it. I have the dress in the picture that Sadie could wear but if she wears that I have no idea what I could wear - maybe black? That way the focus would be on the pups. I think I'm going to order them a Fabuleash to glam their leashes up a bit. I'm not great with human fashion - much less trying to combine human and dog fashion. Plus we're going to be on a stage in front of a bunch of people.

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | That dress on Sadie is gorgeous! If you wore black and Beemer in a black tux with a splash of Sadie's dress color would be perfect. Or for Beemer the Fabuleash in that color would work real good. If you are wanting something new there are so many choices out there.

| I think this might work. When I made the bow to go with the dress, I had the hardest time finding ribbon that matched it. I bought several pieces of fabric that matched thinking I might have to make the bow from fabric. I have plenty of fabric to make Beemer a bowtie that matches the dress. Hmmm. I think I might go that route. Thanks so much for the suggestions. Sometimes I just need a second opinion!
