| Lexie +7 growing up First I am sorry for not keeping you up on this beautiful litter. They are a lot of work, and I went back to school the second week of August, so I have just been too busy. The first picture is of Mom and Dad, Harley and Lexie. Harley is fine, loves playing with his babies. Lexie weighed in at 8.2 pounds, and continues to work on getting down to her 6.5 pre-preg weight. She has completely weaned the babies, but still is very active in cleaning them and socializing them. She is the best Mommy ever. Both parents allow visitors to meet the babies without any worries. They next two pictures are of the babies that have already found their forever homes. Gidget, red ribbon, female weighs 1 pound 9 ozs. The next two are going together: Maxx, green ribbon male weighs 2 pounds and Emmey, orange ribbon, female, weighs 2 pound 2 oz. The two families are actively bonding and visiting with their new little ones. The puppies are getting their 8 week shots on Sept. 15, and will be going home around Sept 29. They are going to exceptional homes that have had or have now other Yorkies so they know the breed and what they are getting.

| The other four!! Beau, purple ribbon, male weighs 1 pound 13 oz. He is a leader in the group. Is always the first one out to the porch, first to climb up my leg to get attention. We call hin Beau because his face has so many colors on it, and it looks like a rainbow. Blue Boy, blue ribbon, male, weighs 1 pound 10 oz. He is the smallest male, but is not pushed around at all!! He was the first baby to let me rub his tummy laying on his back in my arms. He is very trusting and loves a good petting. The third picture is of Lady. She was the first one born, wears a pink ribbon, and weighs 2 pound 5 oz. She is the fluffiest of all the puppies, and my Granddaughter's favorite. Lady has been held and loved by all of us, but when a 3 1/2 year old thinks you are it, you get a lot of extra attention. Lady gives kisses easily and is the peace maker of the litter. Last but not at all least is Sunshine. She wears a yellow ribbon, and weighs 2 pounds 4 oz. She is a lap baby and will "ask" to be picked up when she can see you in the room and your lap is empty. Hubby says she is gifted...she learned to use the sliding glass doggy door before her Daddy mastered the task. She loves to play and chases toys that are thrown for her. The weights mentioned were their 6 week weights, and they will be 7 weeks on Tuesday. They all have little teeth that can bring tears to your eyes when they go after your toes. They are a real special group, our family loves each one of them!!!

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I've been waiting for this update! Charlene, thanks for the updated information & pictures of Lexie's 7. The seven pups and mom and dad are all beautiful! I have been watching and watching for this update since seeing your post when they were 3 weeks old. That post caught my eye right away and I posted a reply on that thread because my Lexie happened to be at the breeders' with her "stud" at that time and I took it as a good luck sign that she would get pregnant. We are still at this time waiting for the time when we will be able to tell for sure if she is pregnant. Don't know if it's just wishful thinking or not but it seems to me like MAYBE her tummy might be a little bit poochy and/or a little more solid. About a week from now I hope to take her to the vet and find out for sure. Keep your fingers crossed for us. If she is pregnant, everyone here will surely know because I'll want to tell the world!

| Good Luck to your Lexie. If it is in the name, she will be pregnant and she will be a great Mom. Keep me updated. Our litter of 7 is so cute, but right now so much work. I love the puppy breath and kisses, but I have a problem keeping them from under feet and potty training is harder with this many. Keep me posted!!

| Three of the puppies have wonderful homes, and all the rest are still looking. If anyone is interested they can PM me. They are all so cuddly, especially the two girls. They are only 7 weeks old, so I do have a little time, but want the best for my babies.

| With tears, I put my babies up for sale today. I can't hardly stand the thought of not having 10 dogs and coming home to so much love and kisses. They will be 8 weeks old on Tuesday and I want to really make sure they get great forever homes, so I am starting to take inquiries now. Three already have homes that and I can watch them grow and make their new Moms and Dads happy, four more homes to be found. I got very, very close to this litter, I guess because there was 7 of them and I was so worried about the size of the litter, Lexie's ability to take care of them, and making sure they all got the special attention that they needed to be good puppies. They all have grown to be individuals, with different personalities, and so healthy. They go for 1st shots on Sept 15, and Gidget's Mom, Patti, is going with me to help. The litter will stay with me for a few weeks after that. I started all the baby books and got their first shirts and toys already. They will all remember the good start that Lexie and I have given them!!

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I can only imagine the heartache of letting a litter of puppies go to their new homes. After watching them being born and being there to help Lexie take care of them for all these weeks, there's got to be a special bond formed. But they will be fine, as I am sure that you will find them wonderful new families that will love them almost as much as you do. Do you have other females that you breed or will you breed Lexie again? As I have said, I will keep everyone here posted as to my Lexie's news of pregnancy (or not ) and so many updates of her pregnancy, birth, and growth of her litter that you might get tired of hearing about it.....nah, can never get enough of these great little dogs, right? I'll be in touch.

| Rose...do keep me updated on your Lexie. It will help, she will be due just after all ours go to their forever homes and I want to watch yours grow as you did ours. When do you find out about your Lexie and being pregnant? Soon I hope? I do have 2 females, Lexie and Davie. I will mate Davie her next heat which should be in January or February. She is a smaller Yorkie..about 5 lbs, and throws smaller litters than Lexie does. I can't really even think about that right now, all of me is with Lexie's 7 puppies. Keep me posted!!

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Charlene Don't worry, whatever I find out about Lexie's possible pregnancy, you will see it here. She was mated with her stud on August 18 and 20. I am told and have read that sometime by the end of next week i should be able to have the vet tell me for sure. I'll probably call the vet the middle/end of next week for an appointment. I will be soooooo disappointed if she isn't. This will be a first for me (as well as Lexie) and I am very anxious. Owning a Yorkie has been a dream of mine ever since I knew of their existence. After getting my first one, Lucky, I knew I had to have another and knew it had to be a female (Lexie), then I knew I had to experiance everything there is about Yorkies which meant that breeding came next. We had Lucky neutered not realizing that we would get our female as soon as we did, so we had to find Lexie a stud. We used a male that our breeder owned and will be purchasing our own breeding male from her in the not to distant future so we won't have to send her away to breed her. We missed her alot the week or so that she was with her stud. I've attached the most recent picture of Lexie (she's about 10 lbs) and a picture of her little stud muffin. His name is Bingo Babe Magnet and he only weighs about 4 lbs. He had to stand on a book to get the job done! LOL I'll keep you posted, no doubt about that.

| Oh I am sure you will share the news. I do hope for her first litter though a small 2 or 3 babies for her sake and yours. Large litters are a lot of work on the mother as well as the owner. I was so glad I was off work for the summer when Lexie gave birth to 7....I would never have made it wil them and a full time job!! Good Luck to you and your Lexie.
