argh, not everybody here likes the same name. We can't agree on anything. So far the favorite is Xena by my husband and daughter. I am not so sure I like it. Xena the Warrier Princess!

I wanted something pretty. So sorry to say right now she is no name!

If you have any ideas, I am willing to try. What a difficult thing to do. I named my children easier than this!

Whatever you choose will be a perfect name doing it together as a family is fun. Hope all goes well in getting her, we are looking to get another little girl playmate for Baby Blessing and have the name Bethany chosen but then again I came up liking Taylor (you know after beautiful Liz Taylor, hubby says it is a guys name but it isn't, "Young And the Restless " use to have a lady Dr. named Taylor

I lean more to that name. Patti

okay, we couldn't name her Laci because my daughter has an ex-friend named Laci and they can't stand one another now!

We did find a name. My daughter went to a website for babies and you type in a meaning and it shows all kinds of countries with names that mean that meaning. Any way her name is "Shylah, Goddess of Strength"

In Celtic Shylah means strong women and in Hindy it means Goddess so we combined the meaning and named her. We'll call her "Shy" for short.

Small dog, needs a short name! So we'll have a Starsky and Shylah. She will be here next week. 6 more days! Heres a new picture of her.

Hi, I have a 17 yr. old son that's the same way! He was fine with my Afghan, and they basically grew up together. Then I got my yorkie Roxy when he was 14 and he was OK, but a month later we got Auggie and that's when all heck broke loose! "You guys are crazy! we don't need another dumb Yorkie, Why didn't you get a Pit Bull or a Rott? atleast they're COOL !" Now 3 yrs. later we got Jazzi, and he really thinks we're nuts! well maybe we are but it's a fun kind of Nuts! and we have 2 acres so why not? He gets his little 4 wheeler and dirt bike and snowmobile to play with and we have our Yorkies.
SO I SAY..To HECK with what the TEENAGERS SAY , We're the PARENTS, RIGHT ? !!
P.S. The one I really Love is...

That is exactly how my daughter reacts. We brought Shylah home yesterday and she had a temper tantrum about getting a new dog. I know she'll get over it eventually. She does like to hold her every once in awhile.
