My little girl is home! Hi Everyone! I've been lurking around YT for the past few weeks in anticipation of bringing my little girl home. She is finally here Her name is Piper and she is the most adorable little puppy in the entire world! She hits her papers almost every time...unless she is out and about and too far away but she sure tries hard. The first few nights she woke up to go for a pee and is now sleeping through the night on night three! She has never had an accident in her night time kennel either. I couldn't ask for a better puppy! She is sweet and cuddly and loves to give kisses. She is a little spitfire full of energy and ready to play till she drops. She eats really well too. She is eating soft food and kibble but definitely prefers the kibble. I've attached some pictures of my new little addition Nikki

| Hi Nikki and welcome to YT, that is one beautiful lil baby girl you have, and oh yeah, mischievous lil eyes for sure. I feel your excitement in getting your lil girl home, I am sooo happy for you. You will find you now have a lil clown living with you. That's wonderful she is off to a good start in her potting training. Love and enjoy your new baby Piper.

She is precious! We brought our first Yorkie baby home on Saturday and I adore her. We chose to name her Adie and she is 7 1/2 weeks old. She cries a lot at night in her puppy playpen (sky mall-love it) so she has ended up in bed with me the last couple. The minute I pick her up, she snuggles into my neck and is out. Adie is also doing great with the potty training. Please keep posting on your baby-it will be fun to compare milestones

jjcarter - I've been lucky not to have to endure too much crying. She only cries when put into the x-pen and even then she is getting better at stopping. At night we snuggle before bed - her sleeping; me watching tv. Then at bed time she sleeps in her kennel right on my night stand. From day one there hasn't been any whining or crying. She holds her pee ALL night which is astounding! First thing in the morning I put her outside and away she goes peeing. Not sure how to get her to start having her morning poop outside but at least she hits the papers for that! lol It will definitely be neat to compare them

just wanted to check in and see how your lil one is? Also, how are you doing with house training or are you waiting until she is a bit older? I take Addie out a lot to a place in our yard I know to be safe, but she still has several accidents. Oh well, she is only 9 weeks old Hope all is well and cant wait to hear updates!

Piper is doing pretty good. I've definitely got lucky with her. During the day when I'm at work I put her in a pen. It has plastic under it and has her pee pad, a bed and her food/water. She always poops and pees on the pads which is amazing. I take her outside to pee when I'm home and have a pee pad out of the pen too. She still has accidents but they are getting less. Piper is so full of energy! She gets into everything too! She still doesn't really know her name and only comes when she wants to. I really can't wait for her to come when I say "Piper come". But she is super smart too. She can sit, lay down, sit pretty and give high five. She also plays fetch really good and gets "out" when she's getting into something she shouldn't. I hope your little one keeps getting better at the house training. Piper is going to be 11 weeks this week
