| Please don't tell me she has already been taken away from her mom? Surely you just mean that she is yours when she is ready to come home. She's very cute but much too young to be taken away from her momma. My pups were born on the 14th of Nov and they are still nursing. Couldn't even imagine taking them away from their mother right now. |

Mine was still allowing hers to nurse at 10 weeks old. Toy breeds generally stay with their mothers until 12 weeks of age. She's a darling puppy with a cute name. Do lots of reading on here to keep her healthy and happy.

| She's adorable, but please please be very careful with this little one. She is too young, but you've been dealt what you have and now you just gotta do what you gotta do right? You can do it, but just really inform and prepare yourself. You'll have to teach her certain things (like bite inhibition) she should have learned from her mama and littermates, which means extra patience in rearing her. Also you may want to ask around for more specific advise on raising an underage pup. I'm not really too sure if there are any special requirements with her being so young (e.g. with food). Do NOT take her out of the house or let people track in their shoes. She could catch a parasite or some other nasty thing and go downhill fast being so little. No trips to the petstore for her, no outside, etc. until she is fully vaccinated! Please just do your research and I know you can be a great mommy! You guys can get through this and do great together! Welcome to YT you came to the right place for research, questions, and great people! |
