| I'm now the proud owner of 4 more yorkies!!! Zoey had 5 puppies on the 28th... she had 4 girls and 1 lil boy! All puppies weighed 4. ounces except the last lil girl, she weighed 1 ounce. I worked with her for 2 hours before taking her to the vet.. She needed to be bottle fed. I was getting more and more attached with each feeding, then she started nursing from her mom. She had gained weight and moving all over. I thought she was strong enough to have her tail docked with the others. That was done on the 2nd and I lost my lil Molly on the 3rd... Oh I miss her..She was beautiful!! But I still have 4 outher beautiful babies..And most important a healthy mother..

| My heart feels your pain at the loss of your little girl. I understand that loss, as I've been there myself. First litter she had 6 babies, we lost all but one of them. I think it was the flea treatment. The vet told me it was safe to put it on her while she was pregnant. Five of our precious little babies were born with heart problems, and died within 2 days. Only the one little boy lived. The next time she got pregnant, no flea treatment, and all were fine. Same Sire and Dam, just no treatment!!! Congrats on your other healthy babies - God bless.
