| Aggressive baby???? Okay, well this is currently my first yorkie baby. She just turned 8 weeks today and she is a total doll. While she is very cute, she seems to be VERY aggressive. Is this normal for yorkies this young? She is always growling at me and my husband. If we go to pet her or pick her up, she will start growling, even snapping sometimes. Also she is always biting my fingers and arms, just because. I dont know if this is just really rough play, but she just will jump up and start biting and growling. I am kinda at a loss, I dont want to smack her because I think that might make the problem worse. Currently I try the stern "NO", but it doesnt have any effect. I have tried to just ignore her, even walking away, but she will follow and continue to try and bite. I just want to know if this is just puppy behavior and she will grow out of it, or if she has a behavior problem.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | biting Many on yt will say you got her too young and she is doing to you what she should be doing to her littermates.......biting and testing the limits. I got my puppy 2 weeks ago at 15 weeks old and she is a biting fool. So I got C. MILAN,S newest book.......how to raise the perfect dog ...and he says "make the claw hand and put it to the back of their head and make a sharp, loud sound......like ANCH! It worked on my puppy. Don't get mad and don,t take it personal. |

Senior Yorkie Talker | My baby boy Ares was born on 9-11-09 and he is totally the God of War lol! He bites everyone in the family from our 70 pound boxer to myself included. I tried the "NO" to no avail, and the c. Milan method is kinda working. I would love some help as well! Thank you! |
