| Unfortunate breeding results in FIVE Morkie babies! We had 3 girls and 2 boys yesterday afternoon. Nice sized and healthy. Lots of white on them but not one wholy Maltese looking. They look like tri-colored Yorkies with solid black backs. I could really kick my Yorkie's little butt, he chewed a hole in the screen and got her. LOL Sylvia |

Cesar, how are they higher maintenance? They have a white sheen to their coats. It's very pretty. I am wondering if I should bother to dock their tails. I am very strongly leaning toward NOT docking them. I figure why cause them any more pain than necessary. Sylvia

| Accidents happen.... but think this way: you had an experience !!!!!! I find the "Morkies" very very gorgeous looking and i am sure you will find them a home soon..... Some people do the the tails, some do not..... i have seen long tails like yorkie tails and i do not like it... if it is going to be straight i would rather have it docked.... but how to figure it out? Someone used to breed the mix may be able to give you a good advice. Congrats on the litter anyways .... !!!! XOOXOX

Thank you. I don't think I will have a problem finding them homes. I will put a sign out in front of my yard so I can meet the prospective parents. Sylvia

| Now that will be a sight to see! I have a Male Maltese (neutered) and a female Yorkie that will be spayed in a few weeks. I just don't have the energy to be birthing no babies.... Peace and Love, |

| Even tho I didn't want designer dogs, I am very pleased that they are all healthy. Usually in my Yorkie litters I get one that is much weaker than the others and I have to work to keep it alive. Sylvia |

OT but I was wondering....... Is it true that if you breed a female with another breed that it ruins her for future breedings?
