Teehee. I will say that what has helped me a lot is a camera with the options to take continuous pictures. It does it automatically. A tripod is excellent for taking still shots, and even some moving ones. With digital you just erase anything you don't like. Set up tripod, I like natural lighting so that I don't have to use the nasty flash. Focus take a couple of practice shots of where you want your pups positioned, then get pups to spot. Try to stay out of the lens focus, and then you can treat them or coax them to "stay". The camera can be set to take pics every two seconds or so. Also you can position the tripod so that it is shooting "up" to the dogs. for floor shots, which is cool, set the tripod really low to the floor. For Playing in the backyard etc. Position the camera so that you can cover a fairly long stretch of yard, then go on and play with the pups. Throw a ball, their favourite terrier shaking toy, etc.

Senior Yorkie Talker | I find that outdoors is the best for taking pictures. I think flash ruins the picture. Of course youre always going to have to take 100 pictures just to get one perfect shot This is my favorite picture of Buddy, taken with my Kodak c182. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/pic...ctureid=122198

Senior Yorkie Talker | For my cats, I shake a bag of treats, or get something they can really smell- like a tiny tiny piece of chicken.
