| Re: Female Pup Hello, My name is Nydia, I am currently expecting my first litter of yorkies with my little girl Sabrina. This pregnancy was unexpected, definitely was not planned, and I plan to have her spayed after because she is too small this pregnancy was high risk and very hard on her. I would like to start my own hobby breeding program. I just closed on a house in Stratford, CT. I have a huge yard and basically my babies sleep with me, they are spoiled rotten. I would love to breed my boy again but this time I would like it to be a planned pregnancy and I would like to have a standard yorkie to breed him with. Are you selling your girl with full breeding rights? Or are you selling her as just a pet? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I would love to start a breeding program if you could help I'd appreciate. |

| You can try looking at different rescues.. You will probably not find anyone giving away a puppy or even selling one at that price. Yorkies can be very expensive to take care of so you might want to think about wether you can afford to care for them properly..Good Luck! |

| Hello and welcome to YT! I got my first two Yorkies through a friend for next to nothing, only because their mother had to be put down when they were 4 weeks old. (liver disease and breeder afraid pups would inherit it). In the last year I have spent over $3000 on Vet bills, including a trip to Guelph University to try to save the life of one at 6 1/2 months old. Unfortunately, I had to put him down. I was at the Vet last week for a baby tooth that would not come out. Yesterday I went back to have the tooth removed. Yorkies can be VERY costly and you must consider this before getting one. Please do your homework first. Everything you need to know about Yorkies is right here. IMO always expect the unexpected with Yorkies. That way, you won't be surprised. Again, Welcome to YT and happy reading!
