| Hmm, a typo(when you had the same weights listed on your website?). Interesting. Hope they find a nice home.

| Saw the web site...saw the first posting....here we go again, RED FLAGS. It seems as if these breeders are coming out of the woodwork lately. Sorry, just expressing my opinion....Hope I'm mistaken, just don't think so,

For those of you that know Kim aka Texas Shopper, she is in Victoria and will verify the horrible conditions at this place! I DEFINATELY would tell anyone to stay away from this place for buying or grooming! | |

| It's really a shame that there seems to be so many unscrupulous breeders around. Guess that just goes with the popularity of this wonderful little breed and the GREED some people have. I just desperately wish there were more laws regulating these so called "breeders" (I have a few other words to describe them, but they wouldn't be appropriate here). At least people can be warned here on YT and it's been good to see there are a lot of people working to shut down some of them. I know here in Texas, the city laws help, but when you move out of the city limits, it's much more difficult to control what goes on. I hope people on other breed sites are also working to rid the world of these people, as I know, it't not just the Yorkie that's being overbred and "misused". Let the RED FLAGS fly!!

Donating YT 14K Club Member | WELL, WELL, WELL! I am SOOO glad I was alerted to this thread. I could go ON AND ON about this place. Let's see, where to start???? My first encounter with GiGi's Grooming was about 2 years ago. A friend of mine had called and talked to MARIA to inquire about stud fees. She was told $200. Since I was skeptic about the price, I went in. I wish I had not. The place was absolutely DISGUSTING! Rusty cages piled high. The place is small and not kept well. VERY dirty. My second encounter was last year. Out of morbid curiosity, I went in to inquire about a small male pup. Once again, "Dean" was the only one there. What does he show me? A pup about 5 weeks old that was either blind in his left eye or had an ulcer on this eye. The entire eye was gray. At their half-door counter and to the right was an area about the size of an ex pen with a wooden gate, dirty concrete looking floor and about 5 adult yorkies stuffed in there. It was horrible. Dean, why don't you tell everyone how your business gave the wrong dog away? Two s**tzus if I'm not mistaken. Remember, it was on the news or in the paper...you gave away someone's dog to the wrong people???? Or, tell them about Charlotte...she bought a female yorkie from you...let's see...about 6 or 7 years ago and after months of waiting, she had to threaten you with a lawsuit in order to get her papers. I believe that Maria threatened to call the law on her and Charlotte told you guys to go right ahead. BTW, she left WITH her papers after she told you she'd own GiGi's. How about telling them how you sold a male yorkie to someone last year. She also waited for the papers and when she called you she asked about it. YOUR response was..."Who are the parents?" She replied that she didn't know since YOU sold her the dog and you stated back, "If you don't know who the parents are, I can't give you the papers." hmmm...to this day, she hasn't received papers on this dog. Or the rumors that if you have a bitch in heat and someone brings in their male yorkie for grooming, you'll use him for a stud and then register them under your own dog's numbers...hmmm...is this where all of the missing papers go? Then, there was the story how someone brought their male and female dog in because the owners couldn't get them to breed. They were dropped off on a Friday (or was it Saturday, oh well, it doesn't matter) and when she came back on Monday to pick up her dogs, HER MALE WAS DEAD. According to Maria, YOUR vet claimed that the male had a heart attack. The owner was given back her dogs (including the one that had died) and when her vet checked him over, he found that the dog had actually died of head trauma. Let's see...you claim that your stud is what...2 or 3 lbs but these pups end up being BIG yorkies. Charlotte's dog ended up being 12-14 lbs. A lady that I worked with at Stroman got a male that ended up being around 15 lbs. tsk, tsk!!!!! What about the dogs you groom. Many of them come out of your grooming shop scared to death. What are you guys doing to these dogs to make them so terrified? Your place of business has a horrible reputation. Face it, you guys need to be shut down. Why it hasn't happened yet is beyond me.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | oh, yeah, YOU BREED FOR THE MONEY! You guys are also brokers and order dogs from all over the place. You breed yorkies and poodles and have a huge vinyl sign outside of your building. You're selling them like hotcake to unsuspecting buyers.
