I spoke with her last week. She was a wealth of information and very helpful. She was very sweet and kind. Seems as though someone from YT ( who really does not know me- has not taken the time to try and hear both sides, verify what is fact and or fiction - had been told things about me by a third party) had contacted her. Anne contacted me and I returned her phone call. She is such a professional that she wanted to talk to me and hear what I had to say and make up her own unbiased mind. She listened with a open heart and mind. We will be having many more conversations in the future. I can say - I only wish there were more like her. She does not jump to conclusions - she investigates and makes up her own mind. I feel very fortuante to have been able to aquire these kids. I know that they will be able to make a big impact for me in my breeding program. There were three puppies in this litter- 2 females and one male. I have to keep one of the girls no doubt in my mind. My mind was always caught by this little male. I am hoping that he keeps all the same attributes that I see in him at this time. He is a baby and a lot can change between now and 12 weeks of age. My friend and handler Peggy has looked at the kids and likes what she see. I loved the look of Anne's dogs and the pedigree's also. She has done extensive work to be able to breed the consistent type and quality of Yorkie that she is known for. My problem is that I just got the other two adult males- Corky and Shane. There is a limit to the number of males that I can have. I will end up with all boys and no females. LOL I am hoping that I can find the right show home for this male if he stays on target. If the right home does not appear- then I will have him neutered and placed as a pet. Sayra's daughter Rachel was also bred to Sam. There is a very nice male out of that breeding also. So I am very torn as to who to keep and who to place. Wish that I could keep them all and let Peggy show them. My pocket book is not that deep. LOL. It is all in the Man upstairs hands. He has and will take care of me and help me make the right choices. Being able to add Anne's females and their puppies is just another example of how he provided just what I needed and what I needed and when I needed it. I have a lot to be thankful for.

Puppies are lovely but don't understand what you are stating about a third party on YT talking about you to another party on YT? Is there something we should know about and be careful of?

| I am sure that you have known people who like to gossip- will be told something whether it is fact or fiction and spread it on to others. Some of these folks will add their own twist on to the story. The IMO the adult way to handle situations is to talk with the person look at all the facts and then make a decision. When someone makes a decision because a friend of theirs does not like you is sad. I admire Ann- she was contacted by a third person and told some things about me that needed to be confirmed. We spoke- I was up front about why this person would " stir the pot". I spoke of my goals and dreams and expectations. I feel that I made a new friend of Anne and a wonderful contact. She will be able to help me with the information that I need on breeding the girls with her bloodlines. Many of the folks here on YT know of my legal issue with another breeder. I had a suit filed against me and filed a countersuit. My deposition was taken about a week or so ago. The suit has to due with contracts- the legality of those contracts and misrepresentations that are in the contracts written by the breeder. There have been several folks who have seen the contracts and what and why I am fighting this nonsense. One party in particular was alarmed because this same breeder had caused her undue grief in a situation that had some of the same patterns of behavior. Is there more that I can do against this breeder-and the third party friends yes there is- when third parties contact others by- email and try to harm me they can be dragged into this lawsuit. When they are stating information that pertains to the deposition and what they are stating is untrue. The only person who would have been able to tell them anything fact or fiction is the breeder who filed the lawsuit. If any of these folks are members of the Parent club- all the things that have been done that Violate The Code of Ethics and behaviors can be reported. Violations against the rules and regulations of the AKC rules can be reported to the many different departments. For example lets say someone wants to become a Judge with the AKC- I have been told that I could submit examples to the Judicial branch of the AKC of this person's behavior and how that could reflect on them as a Judge and the reputation of the AKC. The AKC will determine if the documentation that I have is worthy of consideration and will ask this person for their side of the story. You can't just say- so and so did this- you have to have the documented proof. It can all become rather ugly and messy- when there is no reason to drag it threre. There are more reputatiions other then my own that will be drug in the mud. I had tried to be respectful and not say names and give specific instances. That is why I have a attorney and try my best to let him do his job. That was what he was paid for. Hard at times to keep my silence and to not let everyone hear my side of the story and see all my documentation, tell them the story of the other person who was harmed by this breeder. If the other party does not decide to drop the suit- then this will go before a Jurry for them to decide. I asked for a Jurry trial. Everything will then come out all the documents will be there for all to see. Boy would I love to have a class on contracts 101 here on YT- talk about the pitfalls and what you need to look for. |

| Wow!! It seems the only person I see talking about lawsuits and stuff is you. I have seen this on several sites now and I am not understanding what this has to do with us as pet owners? I think it would be better if you just post about the puppies for sale and not involve us all in your personal legal battles. |

I know that you will not have trouble placing your male. I hope the very best for you. It seems that you allow God to guide you and in that respect you can't go wrong.

I think it is obvious what the point is.......Kathy is telling you without telling you to just know your stuff...when it comes to contracts.....that is important in life in general. Everything else aside.....as pet owners it may not affect you....but, I read it for what it was....FYI.. No offense taken here...

| I'm sorry to hear about this Kathy. I don't know you, but I do know that any kind of legal battle is stressful! Good Luck & Best Wishes for a fast conclusion to this ordeal.

| I stated in one of my first postings that he would need to stay on target. I am not stating that at 6 weeks of age he is guaranteed show- he looks nice at this time. He has a cobby body- bite looks good- not timid- earset placement is nice- good topline. I also stated that a lot can change in a puppy until they three months of age. I also stated that he is available at 12 weeks of age. At 12 weeks of age I would place him in a pet home for $1,500.00 that would include shipping and neutering and a 1 year health warranty. He is more then likely to be placed in a wonderful loving pet home. At 12 weeks of age I would may consider him a show prospect. At Six months of age or older - he may be show potential. Will I keep him until six months - not likely. Someone will call who wants a nice pet and I will place him. I have the adult males that I will be getting ready to show and do not need another male at this time. Would I guarantee a six month old who I deem to be Show- Yes under certain conditions- such as who is taking the dog out and showing it. A dog may be wonderful - but have poor training, grooming and conditioning once it leaves your home. Those are things that I have no control over and can have a big decision on the puppy and his show sucess. The reason that I have mentioned the legal issues - is becasue there is a certain group on YT- who PM others - call them on the phone and E-mail them regarding the situation and say a lot of untrue things about me. They do not have both sides of the story and take no interest in finding out both sides. They do not have the consideration to contact me and find out what happened. They enjoy spreading gossip. I was trying to take the bull by the horns. I have nothing to be ashamed of. No it does not take two to tango in some situations. Sometimes you have to take a stand and defend yourself- which I have done. I have a new friend out of this situation who feels that if she had stood up to this same party a year ago- this would never would have happened to me. |
