I agree great post People gossip because they have nothing better to do with their life. They are miserable and they want to make everybody else miserable with them.

Have you heard the old saying "misery loves company".

It is sad that this chain of events had to happen. This person IMO had attacked another member of YT on another thread that she had started. I am glad that YT has taken a stand on the situation and took action quickly.
I am not sure if the moderators picked up on the situation or if the board was contacted. I just know from past experiences it was not going to get better.

If this is a time out for her to learn to play nice- we can only hope that when she returns it is with the right attitide. Time outs like this remind all of us that we should treat each member of YT with respect and consideration. No matter what board we are posting on we should conduct ourselves with dignity and respect for others.

From what I've seen - the 'time' outs just give the people who are suspended or banned a reason to invent a new name and come back on.

There's a few people that were removed as members ...yet they have daily access to this site & continue to discuss YT elsewhere. In all honesty - being banned or suspended doesn't do a thing for anyones attitude. Drama Queens are Drama Queens no matter where they post.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. But they are only making themselves look like fools... I enjoy our family here far too much to lose sleep over that kind of nonsense.

Kathy--I don't know what your situation is and quite frankly, that's YOUR business. I am sorry that you are having to deal with whatever the circumstances are. We have all seen how ugly things can get when others go sticking their noses where they don't belong as far as people's personal affairs go.
I wish you the best with placing you little one and I know you will find the perfect home for him. You are a very respected member here and I know that there are SO many members here who really enjoy having you here. Keep your chin up and don't let the drama get to you. I know things will work out in the end.

I hope that I have done my job well and that it will be a good match for him and his new family. All we can do is try our best and keep our fingers crossed that we made a good choice for the kids.

It certainly seems you have done a great job...I am glad you found a buyer for the baby...Its always nice to see a breeder that really tries to do there best for the puppies. there are to many out there that don't know what they are doing...I looked at you site, they are absolutely gorgeous.....Don't worry what gossip you think has started, almost everyone on yt are great people and don't listen anyway....

Thank you I Try very hard to find the right home. I try and match the baby with the family down to color and size and of course temperment. It is always great when a family just wants a baby to love and don't not care about all the little cosmetics that can vary from puppy to puppy.

In my case it is not that I think the gosspi has started- a outright campaign was done. In my lawsuit I am going to ask for a gag order against this breeder in which I ask that they can never open their mouths and utter one untrue statement about me again. I also intend to ask for a letter in which it is states that I was innocent victim.

The funny thing is that the more they had me bad mouthed the more I have been brought to others attention. God blessed me by having those folks take the time and contact me and ask "my side of the story" They listened and made their decision.

My cup has runneth over as a result. I was gave, Lacy, Reva, Sarya and tonight I picked up Laney ( Sarya's daughter out of American and International Ch. Hylan Acres Raodrunner). Four beautiful girls with outstanding pedigrees. Lacy was bred to Sam a son of Ch. Durrer High Frequency- I have three nice babies out of him. My show hopeful for next year is in that litter.

I was blessed with Shane and Corky. Two beautiful males that I can grow back into coat and show. These two males have a outstanding pedigree.

I was gave a four month old male yesterday- for me to take a look at and see if I wanted to keep him to show or place. He is sired by Sam and his mom is a daughter of my Sarya. He fits nicely back into the breeding program.

God has blessed not only my life with the dogs but with my new and old friends. My family-and it seems all aspects of my life are bigger and brighter.

It has helped me to remember that we need to be humble and to care about others.

As usual I get here very infrequently, but, Kathy I am so glad that things are starting to go your way. I know things will continue to improve and that you are on your way to some really great things with these new dogs you have now. I am getting anxious to get my little girl out of Sam and Reva from you, and I'm very thankful to know you and be getting this puppy. Glad too that you have a home for the last little boy in that litter, Sonny. Someone is getting a nice puppy! You never cease to amaze me. You have real class.

I am glad you have found a wonderful home for your little boy.

I am new to this group and see you talking alot about a court battle. I am from Indiana and have just purchased a show boy to hopefully start showing in the fall. But I do not understand why you are talking so much about your court case? I know the show breeders you are referring to personally. They are veteran show breeders and have been showing for over 30 plus years. They have contributed to the yorkshire terrier breed in many wonderful ways, just look at your two boys! I have never known them to be anything but kind and helpful. They spend alot of their time teaching 4-H kids in junior handling and also helping teach conformation classes in their area. They have spent the majority of their life working for the betterment of the yorkshire terrier breed. You are making them out to be something that they are not. I know that the majority of the show breeders have a tremendous amount of respect for them also. Their yorkshire terriers are exquisite examples of the AKC standard for the yorkshire terrier. But I do not have to tell you that, do I?

Again I am happy you found a wonderful home for your little boy. My only wish is that the breeders you are referring to are given a chance to tell their side. There are always two sides to every story, please everyone remember that!

Thumbs up Head is swirling....

I dont know about the rest of you......but, my head hurts.......this is way to confusing to me.....

I thought she was just selling a puppy.....case closed....

Although...I do agree about the board on "Contracts". I think we all could benefit from that regardless if you show or not.

I would love to sit down with a group- and have both of us present our case and have a group look at the documents both sides. I was very private for many months and came forth when a lot of untrue statments were made.

I have never mentioned the name of this breeder. If you know who the person is it did not come from me. Call and talk with Helen Twomey at Windmoor Yorkshire Terriers. You will find that she has a lot of life expereinces to share about her experiences and take a look at her documentation.
