Where do you live in MD? What do you consider a reasonable price? What are you looking for in a Yorkie? Sex? Size? coat? Topline? Color? Bite? Pedigree? Pet quality? Registry? Breed quality? Show potential? Do I sound as if I am asking a lot of questions? That is not even half of the questions a responsible breeder should ask you before they even consider you for pet ownership. I am not mean! I am not nasty! I do not intend to offend! I am, however, a realist and a responsible breeder who asks all of these and more before I set a time for an interview. I am not alone nor am I patting myself o the back. These are legitimate concerns of any responsible breeder..You probaly have many more to ask of the breeder, so make a list and start your search.

I live in Frederick, MD. I am looking for a pet quality female yorkie. I do not intend to show or breed. Since I am a graduate student, I do not have a large budget. I am hoping to spend less than 600.00.

Thanx for the additional info. Will someone be home with the Yorkie all day for the first few days? Will it be trained? Are there children in the home? I am asking these because I know of a young Yorkie that might be available.. My friend will be away on vacation but will make the decision after that. I am not sure which one she will sell cause she has both a male and female.. Her health is going to be the deciding factor, the hooman not the dog.

I will be home all day with the puppy for the first couple of days. After that I work for about 6 hours a day on the same street that I live on so I will be able to come home to check up on the puppy. I do not have any children. I definately will train the puppy. Thank you so much for your help and quick replys.
